We are looking for talented and smart validation engineers. We offer a great chance to be part of a fast-growing development team, opening opportunities for a successful career inside STMicroelectronics. You will join a dynamic and structured team that develop hardware solutions. You will be requested to follow development and integration of digital blocks on top of a complex processor-based design, as well as participate in the evolution of the design family. This activity will enable you to widen and master your knowledge on this emerging design area.
Job Responsibilities
- Discuss with product development team to define validation test plan activities and related pass/fail criteria
- Perform bench validation to challenge product robustness and verify alignment with datasheet
- Automatize accurate measurement environment and reporting with pass/fail assertion
- Develop FPGA or HDL design
- Discuss with customers about validation topics and schedule
Basic Qualifications
Both Junior and Senior profiles will be evaluated , with the following background and characteristics:
- PhD or Master in scientific fields, e.g. in Electronic Engineering, Material Science, Physics
- Curiosity, initiative, problem solving attitude and root cause identification.
- Ability to understand data-sheet parameters and define needed PCB BOM
- Proved Python or HDL programming experience
- Communication protocols knowledge
- Microcontroller programming experience
