WORK LOCATION
The new mass-production fab in Catania, where SiC substrate wafers will be manufactured.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITY
To ensure a smooth transition between the R&D activities and the mass-production fab, you will be a process control engineer, responsible for product Yield and for process flow generating various devices.
It is required to understand device failures by addressing appropriate corrective actions to involved process areas.
Being a link between the fab and external functions.

5 – Master degree

2-5 years
