WORK LOCATION
The new mass-production fab in Catania, where SiC substrate wafers will be manufactured.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITY
Ensure manufacturing facility installation and start-up, prepare the specifications (i.e. the connection to the facilities panel) of a set of manufacturing equipment.
Ensure that the hook-up and installation activities, carried out by contractor personnel, are compliant with specifications (including P&I, schematics and drawings), safety and environmental rules and any applicable STMicroelectronics standard contribute to on-time execution and collect the documentation related to commissioning.

4 – Bachelor degree
