MAIN RESPONSIBILITY
To develop new SiC Power products; focused on testing program definition, implementation, debugging and release to production. Analyses of data to define datasheet conditions and limits. Power devices Test methods development and implementation, Electrical characterization of the power devices.

5 – Master’s degree
