Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure the quality and reliability of delivered products satisfy the customer requirements
- Drive quality activities to reach product Quality and Reliability level requested by Customer and Market, in Problem solving and Improvement Plans.
- Support Corrective and Preventive Actions effectiveness follow up to prevent reoccurrences
- Support new product launch in production with cross fertilization of best quality practices
- Assess Products Robustness versus Customer mission profile
Basic Qualifications:
- PhD or Masters Degree in Electronic Engineering, Material Science, Physics.
- Technical knowledge of physics and semiconductor power electronics
- Experience in packaging quality and reliability
- Experience in die selling business and Chip Package Integration
- Flexibility, team-work, problem solving, innovation
